FRIES FRIES FRIES

I just assume everyone likes french fries?! But no fry is better than a hand cut fry.

My husband is a BIG fry guy.

He'll eat fries with anything and everything or just fries by themselves.

He likes them anyway he can get them.

These little hand cut, homemade french fries are our go to

when it comes to side dishes.

First up!

Grab your potatoes! You can use any potato you would like.

We love a Idaho, red or sweet potatoes, but again- you do you!

Also- preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut your potatoes in half long ways.

Lay the flat side against your cutting board and cut angled wedges into the halved potatoes like so - -

Once your wedges are cut, lay the wedges flat and cut small slices

off your wedge to made fries!

That's all folks!

Keep cutting up your wedges into thin slivers & BAM!

Throw your fries on a pan and drizzling oil and salt over top.

Place pan gently in oven & bake for 30-40 minutes.
